Rude and insensitive.
was unfortunately referred here for a traumatic throat injury. dr. kim belittled my symptoms, gaslight my experience, and made a poor joke about my situation. my symptoms and pain worsened, I called the office to get changed to a new doctor to try get help sooner and the front desk hung up on me twice. if you get referred here ask for a different referral.

NO CARE FOR PATIENT AFTER PROCEDURE
Dr. Kim placed tube in my husbands ear and told us as we were leaving to be sure to call if we had any concerns or problems. I called later in the day which was a Friday with concerns something was wrong. Had to leave a message cause anyone who could talk to me had left. No one returned call and after spending the weekend in pain and unable to lay on that side I called again.on Monday. Even after I told the receptionist what was going on--she said I would have to leave a message for a call back. Still no one called and 5 days after the procedure we went to a different doctor with severe infection in that ear. On day 6 Dr. Kims office called me and left message for me to call back...I did not....

Great Chair side manor
Went in for a consult and him and his assistant were very personable with comforting professionalism in describing the procedures they were doing while reading eye contact and would clarify if they thought I did not understand. Highly recommend this Dr and his office team

I see Dr Kim about every 6 months for ear cleaning. My GP's office tried to clean my ear the old fashioned way and the result was terrible pain and an infection and perforated ear drum. Dr Kimm treated this and brought me back to health. Dr Kim has the equipment and know how to do ears the correct way. He's personable, and responsive to explained problems. For someone with a life time of ear issues, I'm very blessed to have be able to be treated by Dr Kim.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim. I first met him when my daughter was 4 and had some kind of weird tonsil growth. He made everything as speedy as possible due to possible lymphoma, got rushed tissue results. It led me to chose him for my sinus issues. I ended up having multiple issues fixed by him! It was supposed to be terrible healing but he must've done great because it was smooth. I had an anaphylactic reaction while in the office once and he helped me through it. Best doctor!

I was scheduled for the 25th of September 2017 a early appointment that was left on my answer machine to be seen. Then the next morning the office calls to say sorry cant do that appointment... So unprofessional to do that after i had cancelled the other doctor due to to late of appointment. Be worry with this unprofessional staffing.
