I’ve been a patient here for 3 years. I am always greeted friendly by Delores. She always asks about my week and remembers details of my former conversations with her. She probably does this to let me not focus on the Dr always being late. I’ve read the comment about her not being friendly and I couldn’t disagree more. I’ve never once witnessed her not being compassionate or unfriendly!

I called several times and left a message. When I finally connected (they had no intention of calling me back), the office assistant was extremely pretentious and condescending. She judged me for everything from not knowing about my new insurance to providing "confusing" information in my phone message to questioning the extreme fees for half an hour of treatment. She said that the doctor was "making an exception" for me (despite my stupidity) and that no other providers in the area would be able to treat me within a decent time frame (she sounded happy saying this, fully knowing how desperate I am). I was so upset that I didn't bother even meeting. For being in the mental health business, this whole practice has very poor people skills.

Please see last response. On the bright side, his administrative assistant has strong interpersonal skills that are lacking in the Dr

I have been going to him for more than 10 years. He has helped me in terms of Medication Management more than any other Psychiatrist has ever helped me. I have experienced some really difficult times, and he has always been right there for me.
