Had foot surgery and doing well. He's wonderful but his frobt office staff is terrible. They never followup on any calls or messages. I had surgery had they never followed up on my pain medications. After several attempts, they still never followed up on my inquiries about my prescription!

If you have an option to go somewhere else turn around and run . The rudeness of the employees is by far the worse I have experienced in any medical office before. We arrived at 410pm for a 430pm appointment . We were told out appointment was moved later because we were not on time. Next this office does not allow you to enter if you are not wearing a face mask. While the employees do not wear one. We came for an appointment for our 5 year old daughter. We were told that only one parent could enter. If you have any children needing a podiatry consultation it is likely serious and you want to be able to both be there. After reading other reviews you will notice that we are not alone in the lack of service received . This medical office is dirty and old .. Run, walk , roll away .. whatever you can do. Do Not come Here!!!!

Had severe pain on right foot was limping for close to 2 months he gave me a cortisone shot on the very first visit suggested I order orthotics excellent personality.

i have been a patient of this dr. prior to my review, & my husband is also a patient. I recently re-visited dr. kaplans new office, & find the level of care, knowledge, & compassion this dr. has for his patients is of the highest quality, not only as a dr., but as a human being! we feel very thankful to be in his care!. would highly recommend this dr. to anyone. I would like to add, even though I was late in getting my paperwork done in advance, my appt. time was not rushed.
