I am so grateful to Dr. Haupt, After 4 years of ankle pain he prescribed the best medical shoes soles after taking a mold of my feet. I have been pain free the last 3 years

I waited for over an hour in the room. No one came to tell me anything. So put back on my shoes and walked out. There a nurse (who didn't want to help me) let me know that the Dr. was running late and there are 5 other rooms waiting. I don't think I really care about all the other rooms. What I care about is the Dr. running late AND not one single nurse could bother to check on anyone to see if they wanted any water or to provide an update. So I expressed that to the nurse who didn't want to help. So the nurse helping me came in and asked if there was an issue. So again I told this nurse about courtesy. It doesn't take much to let people know what is going on and to check on people.

Wait time is way too long. If doctor is an hour behind, his office should call so that elderly patients aren't sitting in waiting room so long. It is actually very disrespectful.

I was asked to come to my appointment earlier. I did arrive earlier but ended up waiting over 30 minutes for Dr. Haupt. He was apologetic about running late. He was pretty imposing looking but really a gentle giant.

Everything went well, other than the ... I think it was like 35, almost 40 minute wait in the exam room. I understand things come up, but this was for a podiatry visit, but yes, that was the only thing that went not so good. Thank you.

Too long a wait once called sitting in drs room 45 mins. Iam told he's the only foot dr. They they more. It's not only the waiting in the room it's he's booked months in advance. Dr ok it's the whole process. Iam not happy with.
