After the initial appointment Dr. Davidoff and his staff will not return phone calls. We needed to adjust a medication and discuss a sleep study. We will be going to another Dr., this one is a flake.

When I first went to see Dr. Davidoff my lung function was at 40% 1 year later my lung function is at 70% . He is very caring and work with me every 3 months to review my medicine and changed medication to see what works best for me. There was some nativity about his office staff posted however, he is the best pulmonary Doctor I have been too.

Dr. Davidoff's medical assistants WILL NOT return any of your messages. They drop the ball over and over. I had tests ordered and his staff sat on them instead of calling me as he said they would. After I called, they said they were sending the tests order to the hospital and that the hospital would be calling me to setup the time--after waiting a day and a half, I called back and got the hospital's # and called them and setup the tests. After the tests were completed--the hospital said the results would be sent to the Dr. Davidoff's office that afternoon--after several calls to Davidoff's office, I finally got the test results--17 days after they were originally ordered!! And, I called last week and spoke to his medical asst. and she said the dr would be calling me back--four business days later I called back and was told the dr was being paged. A day later I still had not received a return call. I called the answering service and I still did not get a call back!! Run from this dr!!!

Dr. Davidoff was instrumental in diagnosing my mother's condition when others had difficulty pinpointing the root cause of her acute respiratory issues. He took time to listen and gave much thought to her complex diagnosis when others did not put the time into it. Great bedside manner and good communication with PCP and the family. Highly recommend him!
