At first I though this is a very good, very professional, and very thorough doctor. Turned out to be a waste of time and money. I had to travel from my home 2.5hr to his procedures. In the end I had gone through 5 procedures that he ordered, only to get a very lazy and irrelevant diagnosis. He called abnormal barium swallow "normal", relied too much on his initial test even though there are many factors at play that could influence it. A good doctor has to correlate his test results to the patients symptoms. Finally sending me for a swallow evaluation which was a completely worthless procedure only cost me 2.5hr of travel, discomfort during the procedure,, and $275 that was my responsibility - all to tell me that when I swallow that I send food and liquid down the correct pipe (something that I already knew anyway). I told him I have throat spasms and very inflamed larynx reflux, instead I get sent to speech pathology.

Very good Doctor. Very knowledgeable. Takes his time on explaining your issue and if he does a procedure, he takes the time to explain the pros and cons. I am so blessed and happy, of being one of his patients
