Worst dr. There is. My grandfather has been going to him for a long time and I just started taking over his medical needs since he’s getting older. Dr. Chan does not examine him at all. Gives no eye contact. Has zero empathy for my papas conditions. He should have his medical license taken away.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and am always treated with professional respect and real concern. The new offices are bright and updated with lots of room in the waiting area. If he is not available his wife and professional partner is there to help with any problems. Never a problem in filling an Rx or referral to a specialist or testing facility

Dr Chan is not a responsible doctor I have ever seen. He almost not ask me anything and the visit is just a few minutes. I have not asked what I want to yet but he just referral me some lab test. I will change a doctor for sure.

Very poor professional attitude and practice. He repeatedly let me waited for over an hour then spent a little over one minute to see me while there hadn’t had too many patients. When I went to the lab as prescribed by him only to find out he forgot to sign his prescription. After I got the signature, I found out he missed one of the two boxed to be examined on original request sheet.

I'm not Asian. As soon as I walked in, all 3 staff members at the front desk stopped and stared at me. They were extremely disrespectful, nasty, and rude to me because I didn't have an emergency contact on the ONE form they gave me to fill out in the waiting room. They were so hostile and negative that I would have left if I hadn't already given them my insurance cards and they made a copy. The doctor wasn't any better. I pointed out my high blood pressure 3 times. This was a horrible experience

I just saw him last night was the worst doctor I ever met. I am definitely finding a new one didn't even look at my chart to find out I have 206/124 blood pressure. He just keep on writing to tell me to get a blood test. I waited mire than 30 mins and he talked to me well more of glance to me in less than 3 mins a waste of my copay.
