Dr. Stephen Timon, MD

I was only able to see Timon one visit Saw a PA after my MRI and they sent me to get injections and Pt and never followed up. I went back after months of injections and a nerve block and specifically asked if I could see Timon everytime a PA showed up to the appointment and not the same one a different one so there was zero consistency. One put me on nerve meds and told me to follow up when I went back another PA followed up but ordered an mri then sent me for more injections and to the wrong location. When I called to let her know they had done the max amount of injections in a year she told me I needed spinal fusion! I was already frustrated with being pushed around from PA to PA no doctor and at that point after almost a year I decided to go to get a second opinion. Thankfully I did because that dr told me there was no way I needed a fusion a noninvasive procedure could be done to solve my problem. Would not recommend unless you want the inconsistency they practice.

Little waiting time, friendly staff, online check in, ability to download my BSW doctor records. Dr. Timon was very informative and took the time to educate me on my xray results. I was provided a treatment plan.

Went here with a couple of issues that were causing me great pain. I was basically told to pick the one hurting the most and I’d need to make another appointment. He spent less than five minutes with me. Surly he’s a physician who cares enough to see a patient in tears and spends a little extra time.

Dr. Timon and his entire staff are just the best. I could not be more pleased with the care I receive. I trust them with my issues and I rely on them to do what’s best for my health.

Have been a patient of Dr. Timon’s for 10 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. When you are in the exam room he acts as if you are the only person in the world. Fantastic bedside manner and a skilled surgeon who will use surgery as a last resort, unlike many others who are quick to cut. Being a back patient himself he can fully empathize with his patients.

Was referred to Dr. Timon by another doctor. I LOVE this place! Dr. Timon was so helpful and attentive. This place is full of caring and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Timon is knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions. He is compassionate and caring. We have referred several family members and friends and all have been happy with the care he provides. His PA’s are also excellent and we would not hesitate to book an appointment with them as well.

Was diagnosed in ER with a compression fracture of my L2 vertebrae. I called to make an appointment that was a week out, but they worked me in earlier than scheduled due to the severe pain I was experiencing. At me initial visit, Dr Timon and his staff were very knowledgeable and helped me manage my injury recovery until the follow up visit after my MRI. So thankful for the relief.

I’ve seen Dr. Timon 3-4 times as we have worked through my back and neck issues. He immediately instills confidence and compassion. Is very personable and caring. I wish he had been the first doctor I had seen. I am now scheduling my 1st surgery with him. I feel completely confident under his care.Dr. Timon has also had his own experiences as a patient, with 7 back surgeries in his younger days! An unexpected encounter and recommendation: I was slowly walking into their building, when a nurse came striding out of the door…on a mission! She approached me, asking if I needed help getting inside! Who does that these days?! We chatted for a few minutes after me explaining “I’m slow, but I get there”. Told her I was on my way to orthopedic appointment. Her response was “I was going to recommend Dr. Timon to you!” Aha! “My appointment is with him”. She thinks he is the very best surgeon ever in her 20 years as an OR nurse! That’s 1 of the highest recommendations ever.

Both my husband and myself are long time patients. I initially had a neck surgery right another doc. Dr T was my 2nd opinion. Mistake, I should have had him go the first. He and his staff are truly excellent. I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

Dr. Timon, was direct, confident, and by definition, a healer. My back was a mess, he was conservative in his approach, and I am 5+ years after surgery living a stronger, pain free life.

Was recommended by a co-worker to Dr. Timon for recurring neck/back pain and constant arm numbness and tingling. Dr. Timon recommended non-surgical therapies first, but ultimately in my case an ACDF procedure was warranted. The day after the procedure, all the arm numbness was gone! Overall soreness to date has been as expected and tolerable. While only six weeks post surgery, I can see continuing improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Timon and his staff for their skills, thorough explanations, and overall concerns for my well being.

After suffering from neck pain for 25+ years and having many pain management procedures, Dr. Timon suggested the cervical fusion surgery. I was apprehensive at first due to the nature of the surgery, but had to do something else to eliminate or alleviate the pain. Having the surgery was the best decision of my life! It has been 3 months since the surgery and I am doing great. I completed 6 weeks of physical therapy and am continuing to do the exercises at home. I am glad I put my trust in Dr. Timon. I HIGHLY recommend him. He has completely changed my life.

After several months of shoulder, neck and arm pain I visited Dr. Timon. He suggested neck fusion, I was apprehensive, but the pain had grown to the point that I was willing to try anything. I agreed to the surgery and it was the best decision I could have made. From the time I woke up in recovery to now (3 months later) my pain level has been zero and never had to take pain medicine. I would suggest this procedure and this Doctor to anyone who has the similar need.
