Dr. Stephen Miller, DO

On August 5, I was suffering front chronic abdominal pain. Dr. Miller fit me into an early pm schedule, quickly diagnosed a hernia, likely an "incarcerated hernia" and secured an area surgeon (after hours). On a Friday afternoon! Dr. Miller noted Dr. Duremdes (PCH) would meet me in ER. Dr. Miller's quick, accurate, calm, firm action ultimately led to successful surgery that night. I was at no further risk of a potential "strangulation hernia." Just as Dr. Miller suggested, a CT scan and bloodwork confirmed the incarcerated hernia. In less than an hour from arriving at Dr. Miller's Peterstown clinic, I was under the care of Dr. Duremdes and on my way to a successful surgery that night. I was out of OR less than 10 hours after I walked through Dr. Miller's door. Such medical skill, collaboration, and precise communication is testimony to Dr. Miller's personal and professional care. I cannot thank him, his staff (or Dr Duremdes and PCH ER and OR staff) enough.
