Excellent doctor
I was referred to Dr. Lee from my ophthalmologist who said he was brilliant, and he was right! Dr. Lee and his team took great care of me during a time when I was having severe eye pain and decreased vision. His office is very clean and organized. He had a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Lee failed to diagnose my Macular Degeneration
very pleasant experience for several years. Super office staff and Dr. Lee is very personable. However after my cataract surgery on both eyes (including a full charge upgrade on the right eye) my vision in both eyes kept deteriorating. I went back to Dr. Lee several times for an explanation why and his response was to wait it out as there was a good chance my vision would improve. After not getting a response I could hang any certainty on I got a referral to Wills Eye where Macular Degeneration was immediately diagnosed. I am not saying Dr. Lee isn’t a fine physician but I am saying I lost control of my own treatment by not being fully informed of my conditions.

Top Notch Cataract Specialist
Dr. Lee is an unforgettable specialist that anyone with any questions to be answered about their eyes should see as soon as possible. He has been our family specialist for years. If he finds a problem that needs further study he will identify another top specialist to see. My colleagues have also been very happy with their visits and corrective surgeries as well. Dr. Lee is also warm, kind and efficient. His office is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art eye care technology to assist in his diagnoses.

While the exam with Dr. Lee was fine, his office staff make coming to his office less than pleasant. In addition, his office staff sent the wrong prescription to the store that was making my glasses. It took them 3 days to correct and get the correct prescription. The eye glass technician determined that there was a problem with the prescription and it took several calls back and forth with Dr. Lee's staff to correct this.

I waited nearly 3 hours in the wait area to see this doctor. They did numerous tests on me before I was seen by the doctor. I had a $400 bill which was not covered even though my insurance supposedly covered the visit with this doctor. They were not helpfulwith this, after I went to great lengths to find someone my insurance (IBX) covered. He is a nice man,and capable. But, I don'tlike the way the business is conducted,

Dr. Lee is a treasure! I had cataracts removed from both eyes, and Toric lenses inserted. I now have perfect vision--I never knew vision could be so crisp! The procedure was easy and painless. I only wish I had done it sooner!

Front office staff is rude, unprofessional and poorly trained. One of the receptionists shouted my personal medical information across the room. The other acted as if I was bothering her when I asked for assistance with the kiosk.
