Dr. Michael Klufas, MD

Took one look at my mother and brushed her off and referred to another physician. Didn’t even want to deal with her. Didn’t take any time to speak about her medical condition. Sad because I’m a doctor for 20 years and would never treat my patients like this. Preferential treatment for certain patients.

I was extremely nervous about the eye care they were going to perform. Man did they ease my mind & perform a painless procedure

I have never had a bad experience here! Dr Klufas is attentive and thorough. He listens and allows me the time I need to get my questions answered. He does not rush me! His staff is caring and always smiling. You will not be disappointed if you use this office!

Basically no wait time and each exam was done thoroughly and explained each of results very well. Highly recommend this office, technicians and doctor.

I get an injection in one eye periodically. The first time was at another practice in MD. I was not numbed by the time the doc gave me the shot- horrible experience. Dr Klufas takes great care to numb my eye properly.

Terrible experience, in part the practice, in part the doctor. If you are elderly or disabled using AccessLink or other transportation for the disabled, think twice about this doctor, the satellite offices and Wills Eye itself. They will schedule you for early morning surgery, without consulting with you, in PA (we're at the shore), day after followup in any one of their satellites, then a week later in yet another location. They will not work with you,. They do not have (or don't know about) an ADA coordinator to mediate the process. They do not care about your personal circumstances and do not care how urgent your condition is. Truthfully, we found them ignorant and intractable. I think they would be fine if you are car dependent and have someone to chauffeur you anywhere to their various locations. There are kinder, gentler and more stable practices. Again, we had a terrible experience.

All staff were courteous, friendly and very professional. All testing was explained thoroughly before hand. The Doctor was also very thorough and explained everything in detail, making sure I had no questions and I understood everything. Altogether my visit was very easy and pleasant as I was made to feel comfortable.

Staff are professional & courteous. Office is efficient from check-in to exam & discharge. Dr Klufas has a great bedside manner. Definitely recommend the practice.

I was able to get in with 24 hours of calling for appointment. Dr Klufas was polite, professional and knowledgeable. His staff was so easy going and polite. The office was clean and protocols were in place. I would highly recommend!!!
