Pathetic, irresponsible, could care less. Office extremely inadequate, dangerous environment if you are looking for health care.

Office very bad about returning calls if at all. Unable to get a simple follow-up or renewal of an ongoing prescription after repeated requests from me and pharmacy. Well-exams very cursor and, to quite him, "totally useless". Unimpressed and looking for a new primary!

My husband was a patient. Ray died under his care. I don't know if it is customary for doctors to not respond. would have been nice to have a note to me.

Dr. Casey is one of the BEST Physicians that I’ve ever been treated by better than most of my “world reknowned” surgeons even. He is thorough, brilliant, listens and has a no nonsense approach. And he actually remembers you, your medical history and exhibits a genuine regard in your well being & getting you feeling better, etc. I had to move here to the East Coast and I must say, you truly don’t value what you have until you don’t. His staff is awesome and accommodating too!

I appreciate that Dr. Casey was willing to see my mother; however, I found him to be quite rude, condescending, and unwilling to listen to anything said by me regarding mother's issues. He was very dismissive, as though I was stupid and had no clue about anything in the medical field. His assistant was not any better. They are a matched pair. The assistant would not return phone calls, they do not send paperwork, and I found it unpleasant to have to deal with them.

The care my mom is receiving is adequate, Dr. Casey seems very rushed and it feels like a medicare cattle call. I tried to get them to create a note for hardship mail delivery for my mom and they neither have email nor letterhead to write a note on. I spent an hour in the waiting room waiting to see the MA (I was visiting from out of state and trying to get this done). I had faxed the request earlier but they said they didn't receive it although I had a confirmation note.

RUDE! I called to make apt. Was told I had to come to office to fill out a form before they would even schedule me (they would not mail the form.) I went in and filled out the form and the next morning I got a call that the Dr. would not see me. When I asked why, the receptionist said she didn't know why. I pushed for an answer as I've never heard of such a thing. She stated, the Dr. just wrote, No thank you on my form. I never saw or spoke to the Dr. I have great insurance - what the heck!!
