Sudden Macular Hole with 4 retina tears. Got me in the day after I called. Surgery the next day (outpatient), follow up the day after with same surgeon. He said everything is looking good and made sure I understood recovery steps and expectations. Fantastic Drs... Fantastic staff ... Fantastic...

Very rude and dismissive. No interest at all in a diagnosis. Won’t take questions or hear addition input (such as current changes to medication). This was the first appt, and if I’d known, I would have gone to Sacramento. The whole visit was less than three minutes.
