Seen her for years. She’s misdiagnosed serious symptoms and didn’t make an effort to really find out what was wrong with me

Incompetent
Her apathy delayed diagnosis and treatment by weeks. Thank God we had another doctor willing to do her job when she blew off my sick child.

Dr. Prior listens to her patient. Sometimes the wait can be long, but when you are in the treatment room you never feel rushed. She answers questions or will get back to you when she finds the answer. She has even called to explain a test result herself, long after office hours.

Dr. Prior is patient, very kind, and takes the time to listen and respond to any questions or concerns you might have. I attribute this to the typical 10-15 min wait time as she does not rush patients through appointments, whether for regular checkups or emergency visits.

Horrible wait time. I usually have to wait ATLEAST an hour for each appointment I have. And then if you're late to the appointment the office penalizes you. Dr. Prior is nice, and warm but sometimes dismisses my concerns. She overlooked an injury I mentioned to her a few times and suggested I continue working-out with said injury. However, after a lot of pain I asked for a second opinion and the doctor confirmed the issue right away and suggested to keep off the injury.
