Disappointed
I have been a patient for years but the last couple of years during yearly exams I have had to beg to have basic blood work done. Also a test done the previous year with concerning results. Never received phone call to discuss. When it was brought up this year he had to look it up in my record and I don't think he had ever glanced at it before that day. A full blood panel is a routine test for someone in their 60s. Honestly I think he is going through the motions and doesn't care at all about his patients. Look elsewhere

My experience with Dr Eubanks was excellent. He was curteous, and straight forward, concerned, and he listened quite well. He was prompt which I greatly appreciated. I thought his questions were thoughtful and appropriate for the visit. His staff is very efficient and friendly.
