The good reviews for this place and Dr Lebouitz are really baffling. I have never encountered such an impersonal doctor with zero regard for patients health concerns. He did not once ask why we were there, what the concerns were or if we had any questions. He came in said it's COVID issues use Rogain and take a prescription and rushed us out the door. If you have an actual scalp and skin concern like psoriasis DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. I wasted an afternoon being scammed out of my time and money from this horrible practice.

I trust Dr. Lebouitz 100%. He always knows exactly what the problem is. He's never been wrong in 38 yrs. He is always pleasant and informative. He is the best in my book. At 77 I am thankful he's still there to help people.

We have been seeing Dr. Lebouitz for several years. On our last visit we waited 50 minutes to be seen. When I suggested that he at least give the courtesy of letting us know he would be late, he told me I needed to expect to be late if I made an appointment late in the day. He said if we had gotten there earlier he would have worked us in. I replied that we were there ten minutes early but that I expected our appointment to be on or around the scheduled time. He became flustered, denied responsibility, told my daughter there was nothing wrong with her skin except that she is a stress picker and no one could help her, and told us to find another doctor. He spoke in an angry and defensive manner which left my daughter in tears. After the first comment he did not listen to anything we said, just talked over us and repeatedly told my daughter her skin situation was all her fault and nobody would be able to treat her. He refused to listen.

Cancelled my 3rd app. After spending almost $1000.00 on blood tests and cream, he actually never even attempted to look closely at my rash.

Needs to listen to the patient. Needs to have pamphlets and information about the side effects of injections available to patients before injecting them. I was told there was no information about Kenalog injections, and I was given one to clear my skin up. I became violently ill with vomiting and vertigo and could barely move for weeks after this injection. Horrible experience. Patients at least deserve to know what the possible side effects can be.

Please do not go to this office! Something is seriously wrong with this doctor. He has some serious anger management problems and should NOT be allowed to be a doctor. The staff in this office is always nothing but rude. The wait to get an appt. is unreal as is the wait to be seen when you actually make it into the office. They doctor literally comes in for 2 mins., barely looks at you , says a quick bunch of nothing and out the door they go. And dare you question anything.

The experience I encountered this evening with Dr. Lebouitz was less than desirable and absolutely unprofessional. Matters that are beside the point and frankly unimportant when it comes to one's child would include the hour wait time with an additional thirty minute in-room wait time that I experienced with my four year old child. But the issue at hand is the way that Dr. Lebouitz conducted himself in the presence of a four year old child.
