I was referred to dr. Chou for pain management. Because I use marijuana to help relax me when I'm having pain, he will not prescribe me any medications. He flat out told me that I will die if I use opiates with THC. I have not been able to substantiate this. I don't trust him, he has not treated me at all yet, and my life has changed badly.

Dr Choi treated me for pain management and nerve blocks. Falsification of my medical records stating I had back surgery and left shoulder surgery... both false. He does not follow A.SC guidelines when performing nerve blocks and epidurals. No vital signs and no recovery vitals performed. Environment is not sterile as should be. False billing and even tried to lie and say I ripped up a billing statement and threw it at him. Reporting him to the board of medicine. Stay away from this place!!!!!

Dr. Chou has treated me for over ten years. Always with the same caring, compassion,and excellence. Dr.Moon has been a welcome addition to the practice and fits in well with the established practices of caring for patients that the office has always shown.

Was referred here by Long Beach VA, and would not recommend for any reason poor customer care, no follow through, outside biller that doesn't know what they are doing, and wants to waste your time on follow up appts, for nothing. Over a year of appts, for one set of injections and nothing else but in proper billing and arguments for the office manager.

1st appt. Aug 2, 2016-Scheduled procedure (tbd upon rcpt of pain mgmt. records of prior dr) August 31st.
Aug 29 rcvd v/m from office confirming procedure. I returned call to ask about driver as I have always had procedure under a light sedation. Estrella, told me insurance did not authorize the procedure. Alarm bells as I have been in pain mgmt. for over a year and even rcvd treatment while visiting AZ in March, 2016.
The office manager Estrella is incompetent and unprofessional.
