Getting an appointment in a timely manner is extremely difficult, they also cancel appointments and you don't find out about it until you are already there! The doctor is personable, but inconsistent. Communication is a nightmare. They have this online resource that all OSU doctors have, but the doctor refuses to use it and you have to wait for her staff. The nurses leave a LOT to be desired. The doctor also does not seem to have a good relationship with other doctors, complicating care.

Dr. Ardoin is fantastic. She's the 5th rheumatologist I've gone to. She is the first who really listened to what my issues are. She's very knowledgeable and caring. I'm so much healthier too. The appointments are promptly at the time it's supposed to be. I highly recommend her!
