Because communication is so poor I cannot recommend Dr. Wani or this group. I have family doctors, orthopedic doctors, dermatology doctors, and other specialists that all respond to questions with very good explanations. My other doctors all are able to effectively use their patient portals. My other doctors make the explanation of test results a priority. This is NOT the case with Dr. Wani. Using the portal to get questions answered is nearly worthless.

Great doctor but most appointments she is late. You will wait from 25 to 45 minutes for her. The staff is not as nice as she is.

This is a great doctor and her nurse is great too. However, the front office staff is not friendly and kind of rude. During my last appointment I waited 45 minutes after the time of my appointment. There was a woman that walk in late and they let her pass over me even thought I had been waiting for my appointment for 15 minutes already. When I asked the fron desk, they say your appointement was at 4:15. I said, well it is 4:30 pm. then I waited another 30 more minutes and finally left the office. This happended 4 weeks ago and nobody has bother to contact me to ask me why I left.

Dr. Wani is a great doctor & I have been going to her for years, but her assistant Danielle is unfriendly and uninformative. I am unfortunately looking to make a move strictly because of her assistant and having to constantly deal with her instead of being able to speak to Dr. Wani.

I had to switch from another Rheumatologist to Dr. Wani because of insurance and have been very pleased. She is very up to date on the latest research and willing to answer all of my questions. She has her idea of what meds she would like to use, but always willing to have me be involved in the end decision by taking my concerns into consideration. I very much appreciate having a voice in the process.

No other Dr in 3 years figured out I had Fibromyalgia and Sjögren's, I would not be working FT still, I would be on disability. Went over my blood work in detail explaining why this or that affected me.
