Dr. Sreevani Vemuri, MD

Dr Vermuri was brought in as a Specialist for my husband while he was admitted to Palm Beach Gardens Medical center. He asked one simple question concerning when he would be able to eat or drink because it has been 24 hours. She replied in very nasty tone saying I did not see you and this is my first time seeing you. I have nothing to do with 24 hours ago. He was just inquiring because all the doctors consult with one another. She has no bed side manners and no compassion.

Felt very confident with Doctor. Office staff is NOT friendly.

Dr Vemuri was brought in as a infectious disease specialist for me at Jupiter Medical Ctr. At first she appeared cordial however when asked to consult my primary care physician about my health she became belligerent, patronizing and condescending. As a physician who is supposed to have some compassion for an ill patient her only accomplishment was to bring me to tears. She does not belong working with the public but rather in a lab where she will not have to deal with the public and have the ability to hurt people especially when they are most vulnerable. I would like to give her a negative star rating however that is not an option. If you care about your loved one please protect them and make sure Dr Vemuri is not called in as their infectious disease dr.

When my husband was rushed to Jupiter Medical Center last October due to Septic shock from a prostate biopsy Dr Vermuri was assigned to his case to help find out what the infection was and how to treat it. He nearly lost his life because the Sepsis was setting into his vital organs. Dr. Vermuri in my opinion is an angel sent from heaven-from the moment I met her she was totally in charge of what had to be done. She found out that my husband had an e-coli infection from the procedure that he had done in his doctor's office in New York the day before. She was extremely informative and returned all my phone calls right away to assure me that everything was going well! Her calming manner helped me to stay calm and positive which was not easy at that time. We cannot thank Dr. Vermuri enough for helping us get through this difficult time!!

Dr. Vemuri was assigned my case after I was admitted to Jupiter Medical Center. She is a very rude individual who has no idea how to communicate effectively with patients. I would not rate my interaction with her in any positive manner; and would not recommend her in any way.

Doctor Vemuri besides being a caring , professional doctor that checks everything and leaves nothing to chance,her bedside manner and personality are off the charts. I would recommend her to anyone she is wonderful.

I had a callus on my foot, when removed got infected & spread to my small toe. After a month of various doctors trying unsuccessfully to clear up the infection, I went to Dr. Vemuri. I was admitted to Jupiter Hospital, and within a short time Dr. Vemuri along with an excellent Podiatrist, Dr. Sater got rid of the infection and had my foot back to normal. Dr. Vemuri is a VERY SPECIAL doctor. She will take all the time you need to explain everything to you. A GREAT DOCTOR!!!!
