Knowledgeable, caring with exceptional communication skills. Kept me well informed of the treatment plan and of insurance company processes. I always feel Dr. Kraus is looking out for me. When I was unemployed, she referred me to community health programs that supported my wellness. When I thought I couldn't afford a medication I needed and she referred me to a price comparison application that showed me where I could. More importantly, however, she is resourceful and well-versed in her practice. She suggested alternative, effective, and inexpensive treatments for an injury, while other places wanted to charge unreasonable rates.
