Dr. needs to work on his people skills.

Saw Dr Nakka today in Hemet for a second opinion/review of an abdominal issue. Absolutely the worst dr I have ever met or been seen by. The guy looks like he should have retire 20 years ago. Worst “beside manner” ever. Literally told me to sit in my chair properly when I tried to sit at an angle to face him. That was his best moment. Also tried to charge me double the co-pay that I have for HMO office visits

I had Dr Nakka a couple of years ago. I had a gallbladder problem I had gallstones. I had an ultrasound. Dr. Nakka later said to me on the phone: " You don't have Gallstones. Maybe it's your heart or maybe it's your lung". I couldn't believe the audacity of that person. Not long after that I had a HIDA scan with a different doctor and it came back positive. Not only did I have gallstones my gallbladder wasn't even functioning.

Horrible experience from billing department JoAnn to Dr Nakka! Other staff members were kind. Was awake during procedure and only thing the Dr said to me during my visit/procedure was be quite and put your head down! Never introduced himself to me or went over results with me. Humiliated and very unprofessional! I would NOT recommend Dr Nakka to anyone! Very disappointed!

Colonoscopy and endoscopy went great, the nurses were incredible, the Dr. is rude, I only spoke to him on the phone and he was very rude. Shame on him, I never met him, nor did I even see him, you see, he never even bothered to see me before or after the procedure…they do not call as they said they would, with the biopsy results. Shame on this Dr. for his lack of compassion and complete lack of treating patients with respect. I will not be recommending anyone here, and of course, I will not be back. His reviews are very telling, but I decided to see for myself, the reviews were correct….I learned my lesson….same as eBay, you do not purchase from sellers with bad reviews…same thing here…the reviews certainly warn you…

worst experience of my life ! woke up during colonoscopy ! He is rude and just wants to charge you for any little thing ! His nurses were great ! He should retire the worse Doctor ever ! I knew before colonoscopy that he would find a polyp no matter what ! because then he could charge you another $250.00 I was crying in pain

My advice... Stay far away from this practice. The Doctor, Dr. Nakka is rude, impersonal, and not a very friendly person. His staff is absolutely terrible, Esmeralda and Erika the scheduler and receptionist are discourteous, lies straight to your face, and they have absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Do yourself a huge favor, STAY AWAY!

They can't even do paperwork right and Nakka would retire and stop hurting people.

My dad was in great pain, and was referred to Dr. Nakka. The first thing Dr. Nakka did was ask my dad's age. He told Dad he was too old for a colonoscopy (he was 89). My dad said he was having pain in his stomach, not his intestinal area. Dr. Nakka said he couldn't help my dad, he should just take Tums and a probiotic. My dad passed away 3 months later from pancreatic cancer. Dr. Nakka didn't behave like a doctor, showed no care or compassion. My dad suffered needlessly. You should be ashamed.

Wife had a colonoscopy by Dr Nakka. She was very happy with the whole experience. The staff was friendly and she was impressed with the facility. They found 4 polyps and got em early so everything is good.

With the endoscopy I was wideawake gagging and choking! The colonoscopy awful.. They had my legs all over and with a back injury was not good. I've had the procedure before without experiencing this torture. This was a night mare.

Rip Off! His Hemet office rip me off for $32.00 in early Dec,2016. Very poor performance!

Bad experience with staff. Had to repeatedly call for my receipt and I also was over charged, and had a difficult getting my reimbursement took over 4 months. Staff was rude and unprofessional.
