I recommend the practice whenever I can.
Both Dr. Spencer and Dr. Kelly Phillips are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. His entire staff is excellent. They take the time to listen to you and have concrete advice to offer.

Caring and Competent
The waiting area is the most patient focused space that I have seen in a medical facility. It says you will be well cared for here! The same is true of the office staff, nurses and the physicians. Health issues are addressed in a thorough and competent manor. This is how a practice should be run.

Great practice
We moved into the area a few years ago and are so grateful to have found Dr. Phillips. He is warm, caring and an exceptional doctor....always brings a smile to our faces. His staff is on point....very friendly, very thorough. I have also seen Dr Kelly Phillips and really liked her as well. She is kind and very thorough in her approach and explains everything well.

Phillips Family MDVIP Excellence
I have been a patient of Dr Phillips since he took over from Dr Weber. What a great physician he is, and today his daughter Dr Kelly saw me for my MDVIP part B and all I can say is the practice has a bright future. Dr Kelly is thorough, knowledgeable and solutions driven - a chip off the old block. Mom Andrea, you raised her well! If you are looking for a family physician practice that will not disappoint, Dr Spencer Phillips and Dr Kelly Phillips combined with MDVIP are the ticket.

Dr Phillips is always there when you need him to help you no matter what time or where he is or what he is doing. He gives advice on how to keep healthy never rushes us during our visit.
