Dr. Sowsan Rasheid, MD

I regret that it has taken me almost 3 years to write this review, but there was good reason for that, and it has nothing to do with the surgery that I needed to have performed in 2016. Dr. Rasheid was attentive, caring, and always professional. Saying that her performance was stellar is not an overstatement. She was recommended to me by Dr. Wiegand, as I required two surgeries at virtually the same time, involving a urologist as well as a colorectal surgeon to undo a mess I had gotten myself into six months previous. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Rasheid to anyone. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Outstanding surgeon! I based this fact on i was a victim of a hit and run drunk driver. I have had over 30 surgeries and spent over a year in different hospitals. I have had this surgical procedure 3 times and even though i had the best Dr's in NY Dr Rasheid did the best job. ! Dr Sosan Rasheid and Tampa General Hospital are amazing! I had other surgeons tell me i needed a hernia repair and told me that my "Lap-band" was a hernia which is impossible i am totally meshed by the world renown NYU

Dr. Rasheid and her staff always made me feel like I was the most important patient they had. Always answered questions to my understanding and took time to care for me when an illness came up that was not of their specialty. They made sure I got to where I needed to be. They always had time to make sure I was in great care in all areas of health.

Dr. Rashied is a great surgeon. She really knows how to take care of you. She has great bed side manner. Her Co surgeons you can tell really respect her. She saved my life on the operating table twice. I have stage four Colin cancer. She and God are the reason I am still here. There is no one else I would want to go to and I would refer her to anyone.
