very professional
Dr. Bajaj listened patiently while I went over my history. She asked relevant questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I will be recommending her to friends.

Definitely will not go back!
I had two appointments with Dr. Bajaj, horrible experience both times. She did not listen to a thing I said or asked. She was very condescending, spent a VERY short time with me each time. When I would look at the patient portal she put in the notes that she gave me a comprehensive exam and that the appointment lasted 45 minutes. Both of these things were complete LIES! She only looked at my body, touched my hands for a second or two..then just based her recommendations off of what my previous rheumatologist said. Unfortunately we moved and I wasn’t able to stay with my old Rheumatologist. I called her to report side effects of the medications..the same medications that I already told her I had horrid side effects from. She told me there was no way I had these side effects! When I talked to my pharmacists he said the side effects I experienced were indeed side effects!!! Not good ones at that!! Just a horrible Dr that has made me very uncomfortable seeking out another rheumatologist.

HORRIBLE at follow through and returning calls
Set me up with a PA instead of Dr. Baja; doesn't answer phone; have been trying to set an appointment for over a week---left messages. Ordered x-rays, then didn't go over the results with me during the appointment---had to call later and request them!

Extremely pleased with all the staff I have ever encountered in the office. Dr. Bajaj is a very knowledgeable physician and takes time to examine and answer questions with every visit. She is very thorough with her examination and is compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend her.

I went to see Dr. Bajaj today for the first time today because I was concerned about the results of an ANA test. She was very friendly and took her time answering my questions and concerns. She assured me that based on her examination of me she wasn't concerned. However she has scheduled other tests to determine what caused the initial ANA test results.

Extremely unprofessional staff!! Dr. Bajaj's office manager is the rudest, most inept person in the medical profession. Her demeanor and vocabulary are alarmingly disrespectful and malaise. Her only intent is to engage in a bellicose conversation opposed to conducting her duties. One may find Dr. Bajaj charming at first, then quickly realize, she too is lazy, uncaring, and will order numerous exams at your expense. When the billing department requires info she wont help!

This Dr is very professional and knowledgeable. She will stay in the exam room and explain things to you. I had a question today and while I was filling out this review the Dr called me herself. If I have a question and ask her about it on the portal she will personally answer me back. Most doctors have their staff return emails and relay answers to questions. I love this about her. 5 stars is just not enough to say how wonderful she is.

Dr Bajaj is VERY patient and caring. I admit I didn't think I was going to like her at first, but now I COMPLETELY trust and adore her. After 8 years and 4 different doctors just feeling my fingers and telling me I didn't have RA because it didn't show up on my blood work, Dr Bajaj actually LISTENED to me and after extensive testing confirmed that I have the type of RA that doesn't show up on routine blood testing. She got me on medication and I can say that I feel 100% better.
