He saved my moms life and me as he detected a tear in my aorta. Had to be life flighted to Northeast Georgia medical center in Gainsville Georgia for emergency open heart surgery in 2015. Roughly 9 1/2 hour surgery on a Monday afternoon was home Friday. It’s now 2022 and I’m doing great! Dr. Momin and his staff are excellent!
And a special thanks to my surgeons Dr. Wolf and Dr. Winston!

The staff is friendly and efficient. Our wait time was minimal. His bedside manner was outstanding! In addition, the nurse practicioner was most caring, thoughrough, and clear in communicating with us. Definitely recomment him and his staff.

Our 90 year old mother is alive because of Dr. Momin. Our trust and confidence in Dr. Momin and his staff will always seek his medical care. What an absolute Godsend physician. I am enjoying life because of Dr. Momin and the group of physicians he chose to remove my gallbladder- just 6 weeks prior. I will always be ever so grateful for Dr. Momin. Thank you Dr. Momin- I love you.

My entire family goes to Northside Forsyth Internal Medicine to see Dr. Momin. His medical knowledge, intuition and bedside manner are the best! Everyone I have ever recommended have had a great experience. The office staff are also excellent and a joy to work with. I highly recommend his practice.
