Staff interaction
My brother never got to see the doctor. He was in the neighborhood of the facility, but couldn't find the right building. He called the office to get some help in finding it and was told that they would not provide directions. It is an office policy. People going to see a neurologist are sometimes easily confused. But the doctor's staff makes sure they cannot receive any assistance. My brother turned around and went home. Based on this experience, he will never see another neurologist.

Can't get his office on the phoen
IMPOSSIBLE to get his office on the phone. The pharmacy has reached out over 20 times to his office to get an approval after an insurance change. I also called several times over the past week and left messages. Nobody answers the phone or calls back.

Finally heard
After suffering from migraines since the age of 5, dr. Varma is the first doctor who has really gotten to the root of the problem. He also assures me that if one treatment quits working as well that there are many more options.His entire team is friendly, and I feel supported and not rushed every time I visit.

My experience was not good!!
I went to Dr Varma for memory issues so he ordered an MRI. After receiving the results in the portal I reached out many times with phone calls and portal messaging to have someone explain them and NO ONE ever got back to me!! So unprofessional and just wrong!I will NOT be back!
