Extremely poor internal communication
My recent experience calling for a cholesterol medication refill was very disappointing. I found the internal communication to be severely lacking, which resulted in confusion and frustration. Additionally, I was shocked by the rude responses on My Chart. I expect a higher standard of care and communication from a medical office, especially from a cardiologist.
