Dr. Swamy (formerly Nandi) is non-responsive even on routine duties such as calling in a prescription refill. For example, I and my pharmacy each called three times in a three day-period to request a refill that was on deadline and neither of us received even a call back, let alone the refill order. The pharmacy also faxed in the request several days in advance, but no avail. The doctor was AWOL. It seems that Dr. Swamy is the holdup, not her staff. I am changing doctors.

Since I have been seeing Dr. Swamy for my diabetics my AIC nlood surgar levels have decreased from 9.2 to 7.3. She is very caring & knowledable & works with the patient on the units to inject with a scale accorfing to your sugar levels prior to each meal and so far this has worked for me.
