Primary Care Physician
The worst experience I have ever had. This happened after my 1st visit-Prescribed the wrong medication. Then told me that's what I asked for. I brought the prescription bottle with me to show what I was taking. Then prescribed the wrong amount. Never called me to tell me I had a UTI. I was at the pharmacy and that told me I had another prescription. It was an antibiotic for the UTI. I called the office and that's how I found out. Then sent me for blood work but did not order a cholesterol screening. The lab asks me why didn't Dr. D'Cunha order a cholesterol screening. When I go back for my follow up appt. about bloodwork Dr. D'Cunha says why didn't the lab do a cholesterol screening. I'm new in the area. I have found a good primary Dr.

Worthless doctor. Went for arm and hand numbness and pain. She refused Rx for gabapentin, said I might abuse it, gave a ineffective injection of cortisone. I had to make my own appointment with Orthopedic Specialist, who prescribed gabapentin and scheduled an MRI, which showed collapsed discs in neck and trapped nerve, which was causing my pain. The gabapentin which Dr.Shilpa refused, has helped tremendously, and I am scheduled for further treatment with the specialist. Medicare did not cover her exorbitant costs. Avoid!
