Great Doctor.
Dr Shah , is patient, attentive, caring and advocates for the wellness of his patients . Never rushes and try’s hard to answer all of your questions. His staff is also friendly and very helpful. I have never had any problems getting my refills a referral or an appt with Dr. Shah. when needed. Believe me if you need an experienced doctor that is kind, caring and listens to his patients then I highly recommend Dr.Shah. I have been his patient for 5 yrs. and will not have it any other way.

I will not be recommending this doctor to anyone especially if you're on medication that you need to survive. my husband and I are both patients at this doctor's office they always have their appointment days mixed up, they never refill my husband's medication on time we have to harass them for a refill. My husband even went three weeks without his life-sustaining medication because they never got back to the insurance company with the authorization code that they needed. my husband and I both tried multiple times calling the doctor's office and the insurance company tried contacting them as well nothing came from this doctor's office. a patient shouldn't have to chase down a authorization code from their primary doctor when it is life-sustaining medication. They became very rude and ignorant as well because they were tired of us calling because they weren't doing their job and getting the authorization code my husband needed. They need a better system.

Dr. Shah has been taking care of my 91 year old mother in Tampa for about 4 years now. He is very dedicated and takes the time to listen to her issues and address any concerns she, or we, has regarding her health. He and his staff has always been very helpful and responsive to inquiries.
