Very competent and professional Doctor
Dr Withiam-Leitch has been treating me for many years for a variety of conditions. These include back pain, peripheral neuropathy, follow up for a brain tumor, and several minor conditions. She has always taken the time to explain everything in terms that I can understand. She is very perceptive, and inspires confidence in her diagnosis. Her Nurse Ashley is very helpful, and makes extra effort.

This 'doctor' does reviews for the State of Pennsy
This Dr does reviews to cut people's care hours to save money for the insurance companies. My Mom who is 75 with Multiple Sclerosis is bedridden and agreed with PA Health & Wellness to reduce my Moms care hours! My Moms PCP wrote a letter indicating not to reduce her care hours.

First doctor who listened
I was suffering from constant, disabling vertigo for several months. Three different doctors tried to saddle me with an anxiety diagnosis and medications that left me feeling sicker. Dr. Withiam-Leitch listened carefully to my symptoms, and diagnosed me with atypical migraine. She changed my prescription, and within a week I was able to resume all my normal activity and return to working long hours.

I went for an independent medical exam and was of course very nervous as I’ve never met this doctor. The office staff was very nice and assured the doctor was a great dr. After a while she came in very nice and eased my nerves. She listened and didn’t rush me. Thankful for seeing her as I’ve seen some others who were in and out in 5 minutes!

I was sent to see this dr for an Independent Medical Examination based regarding a long term disability claim. After seeing a lot of poor reviews about her being less than invested on the patient’s side of things, I have to admit I was panicking. I did not go alone either. After waiting quite a while for her to come into the room, she appeared to very nice if not a bit rushed. She seemed to understand the struggle I was going through and even stated that what she was going to send over should help push everything through. She specifically cited that side effects of my medications were an issue in themselves. I left the appointment actually feeling ok. After 2 weeks I get the denial from my LTD citing things from that exam as if everything we discussed and she said was non-existent! I guess my gut feeling was correct!

She chose to refuse an MRI of my cervical neck. I have a herniated disc above previous surgeries. My last MRI was 16 months ago with continued pain and numbness but by reading my doctors report she felt she knew better than my doctor She was paid by Workers Comp insurance to evaluate me solely by doctors notes. Enough said
