I've been seeing Dr. Jackson through the worst of the pandemic. We were able to use the practice's portal to good purpose during these times, but I also had three appointments with her on-site and all went well. I wasn't worried about any exposure because they had it the office arranged for prevention of transmission. Her knowledge of my case is impressive because she "inherited" me when a colleague of hers retired. I feel confident that she knows what's going on with me, and her advice has helped me with a couple of problems. The record-keeping at that practice is so helpful; I know she is aware that I am due for this or that, and sure enough she will give me referral as needed for specialists.

The worst doctor ever. She didn’t care about my concerns. Did not give me enough time .the waiting time was more than one hour. I’m not returning to her office also I don’t recommend her to anyone.

Her nurse was wonderful. Dr. Jackson was actually somewhat rude. Expected a doc who would let me finish speaking before commenting, lack of common courtesy. I made the appt so let's listen to why I am there. Spent time focused on laptop rather than me as patient. Unsure that I will even return to this practice. Cold, uncaring - choose another doc, go to a nurse practioner, or another practice.

Dr. Jackson is very personable and encouraged the best method to achieve maximum health. She didn't seem overly eager to prescribe (push) any medication either which is a plus. The front office staff seems a bit lax on customer service but Dr. Jackson answered all of my questions and assisted me with referring other specialists as needed. I have recommended her to two people now because my experience with her is wonderful.

Dr. Jackson is the worst professional in the medical field n every possible way. She is disrespectful, false and ignorant. She was having a better rapport with the computer than with the patient. No real eye contact. She is a referring tool, a computer/artificial intelligence, could do a better job. Every time I described a problem she said, you need to see a specialist. She referred to my list of alternative medicine that I use to manage my Thyroid problems as "a bunch of stuff" DON'T USE HER

The doctor herself is fine, the location is the problem. I went to Commonwealth Primary Care – Ridgefield and from the moment I stepped in till the moment the doctor saw me 55 minutes had passed. No point on making appointments.. Moreover, the person that wrote the referral gave me no official referral nor did they do their job to send the referral to my health insurance company. As a result, no specialist saw me since the referral I had from that office had no authorization number on it.

Sherri T Jackson... The coldest most pompis female doctor I've ever had to share a room with. I went in for a throat issue, she stood 4 feet away from me, never making eye contact, with her flashlight, and said she was going to refer me to an ENT, and a physical therapist for a musculoskeletal issue. She wound up referring me to a gastroenterologist! why she would send me to a GI? I asked her if she knew about my past surgeries? She put her pen down, finally looked at me and said, I don't know u!
