It’s Been A Year
…since you abruptly terminated my care because you didn’t want to deal with my ptsd. Did you set out to be a doctor who impacted patient’s lives? You’ve technically succeeded.

The absolute worse Dr ever. I wish I can change my Dr but I’m 34 weeks pregnant and don’t want the hassle. She hasn’t done anything for me my whole pregnancy. Just a waste of my time and my insurance .

Amazing doctor !! She has a very "bright/happy" attitude toward her patients. I went to her as a women who needed a hysterectomy due to fibroids & ovarian cysts, she immediately addressed my issue, ordered a full hysterectomy & corrected all my issues my previous gynecologist did not. The clinic she is associated with is a "women friendly" environment. The staff there is amazing & very caring, I cannot say enough about this doctor, her staff or the clinic she is associated with!!

Regularly waited over an hour to begin my appointments even while pregnant. Dr would spend as little time with me as possible, maybe 5 minutes. While in a long, active labor (leading to infection because of length) at the hospital, Dr was sitting at the nurses station the whole time talking and laughing with the nurses. Was at the hospital for 5 days after due to complications and Dr didn't even stop by once to see me, instead sent other doctors from clinic to examine me

Over the past ten years, I have had eight different doctors/NPs/PAs for my gynecological needs because of various moves and insurance changes. Out of all these people, Dr. Puffer is my absolute favorite. She spends time with her patients, listens and tells you everything you need to know. You can easily see that she deeply cares for her patients from the very first appointment. Also, from the front to the back staff, everyone is caring and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Puffer and her staff.
