The whole situation was awful very snobbish, rude

Dr. Reitzel is the best primary care doc I've had, and as a complex medical patient I've seen many docs. She listens well, and doesn't doubt you or argue with you. She's as busy as any doc so she's efficient, but she doesn't rush you. She's good at communicating, and it's easy to leave messages with the receptionist or message her through the portal if you have a quick note outside of appointments. If you have a particular referral request she'll let you pick your specialist (as long as there aren't any issues). She's willing to do telehealth unless in person is really necessary. She's proactive about testing. And she'll prescribe meds if needed but she doesn't push them on you. So glad I found her!

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Reitzel just as she is starting her practice. She has been very attentive and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She follow through by promptly replying to messages in the patient portal, ordered necessary lab work and tests, and initiating referrals to other providers as necessary. I most appreciate how she takes a team approach. She provides her thoughts and opinions regarding my concerns and presents several options to choose from. She is clear about which option would make sense and follow the traditional approach to addressing the issue as well as worst case scenario. She is not dismissive nor does she act as if her recommendation is the only right recommendation. Rather she seems very open to consider feedback and input from other providers and the patient.
