Dr. Todd Otten, MD

This person who has the title of “doctor” and he uses it to intimidate patients. He does not listen to you - he makes assumptions and will not allow you to speak. How is this “doctor” able to do his job when he doesn’t let his patients voice their concerns? He’s very intimidating and could care less about helping you. If you ask questions or disagree with something (IF he allows you to speak) he raises his voice and acts like a child. Very unprofessional. Stay away from his office. His staff is not much better. Rude.

ddUnder the care of Dr. Todd Otten and NP Devon Kruger I have received the best care ever they take the time to address the the needs of their patients.

He takes the time to listen concerns, and questions. I never feel rushed. He is honest and straight forward while having great "bedside" manner. His entire office is wonderful as well. We just cancelled our pediatrician so we could bring the whole family here instead.

Dr. Otten was my doctor for seven years until I had to move away from Charlotte in 2019. He is the best family doctor I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, he is a great listener, and he cares about you as a person. He takes as much time as needed to hear you out and doesn't rush to get to the next patient. I have a mix of physical and mental ailments, and Dr. Otten helped me with all of them. His staff was also extremely kind and helpful.

Best doctor I've ever had. If you are interested in working with medical professionals to improve your health, you won't find better partners than the professionals at this practice.

Caring and very thorough

Dr Todd Otten is a SUPER nice person who honestly cares about the personal well being of his patients. I will continue to see him for the rest of my life! He must have been in the military because he really appreciates honesty, straight forwardness and punctuality. He takes his time and really listens to your needs and will do anything in his power to solve your issues. He is the BEST doctor I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. I have been recommending him to everyone I know.

Always kind, courteous, takes his time with each visit, very pleasant, knowledgeable always asks with each appt if there are any concerns & if everyone else is doing well & if anything else for me or my children is needed during the appt.

It's not so much Dr. Otten that's the problem it's the staff. I had to wait 3 months for authorization and when I called on it, the person I spoke with stated she was still eating her lunch! Then I acquired about my medication and was told by a staff member that it was sent in and I checked with the pharmacy and it was never sent, spoke to another staff member and was told it was not authorized at all! The office staff does not tell the truth, nor do they treat patients very well! I'm done! Left
