Terrible Experience
I wish I had looked at these reviews before I made the appointment since I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. I called UCLA to tell them I might be 15 min. late for a 9 am appt. They said it was ok. I took a Lyft so I wouldn't have parking time. I got to the building at 9:13. The docs name is not on the Directory! I went to the wrong office, got to the right office and walked in at 9:15. When I got to the desk it had changed to 9:16. DR Ahmadi would not see me. Her office staff was so rude I would almost call it mean. I was literally 15 seconds late, and had paid $30 for a Lyft and waited 2 months for an appt. AND they knew UCLA had told me to come. That I might have to wait, at worst. Ahmadi may be a great doctor. She is a lousy human. If you want compassion in a doctor I would go elsewhere.

Dr. Ahmadi couldn't be nicer!
I have no idea what these bad reviewers are talking about! Dr. Ahmadi couldn't be nicer as well as competent. She is healing my osteoporosis! I am on a 3 yr program and she is reversing my osteoporosis each year, She is quite personable and takes her time and explains everything. She is always busy buy I've never waited that long in her office. Ive sent 2 people to her and both like her very much and are receiving excellent advise.

Does not allow patient input.. Is a bit of a bully
She is dismissive of concerns, disrespectful if you try to participate in your own healthcare. She will withhold essential medication until you see her at her convenience. Just the worst. She literally has screamed at me and threatened me. Extremely unprofessional She has NOT cultivated a bedside manner. Even after the trauma of thyroid cancer she still manages to recreate trauma with every visit. She is often late to appointments. I don't know if she overbooks or what the problem is. She vacations a lot so its difficult to schedule with her. You must schedule on her terms. If you have trouble matching your schedule to hers she reads you the riot act.

Unsatisfied Patient – Sep 15, 2023

Look elsewhere
Dr. Ahmadi appears to be very disinterested in working with patients to support their health and wellness, and does as little as possible to get through an appointment (and regularly arrives late). She refuses to engage in discussions about treatment options, answer questions, explain things, etc. I almost get the feeling that she doesn’t know/understand details at all. Fortunately doctors like her will be replaced by AI/well- trained machine learning models eventually, with no loss in bedside manner because she has none. I recommend you look elsewhere unless you just want a script signed, and don’t mind waiting hours for her to show up to do. The office staff are fantastic though!

Run and Find Someone Else.
Dr. Ahmadi is patronizing, insulting and punishes you if you cancel an appointment. She also hates any natural supplements, she acts like she is from the stone age. My primary care specialist asked me how old she was when I told him how she treated me and what she said. I say run and find another, much better doctor.
