Dr. Minh Mach, MD

Dr. Mach himself is delightful and thorough. I am grateful for his knowledge. However, his staff is terrible. They are condescending and rude. On numerous visits, I would confirm something with them, then later find out it wasn't done. Missed blood tests that I asked about when blood was being drawn, referrals not being put in on time, and finally, a referral submitted as routine instead or urgent. Per the staff "It doesn't matter if we submit as urgent or routine; they get to it when they get to it." Thank goodness for Providence for their hard work in fixing the mess! If you enjoy calling 3 or 4 times to confirm something is being done, being talked down to, not getting callbacks, and being treated like garbage then go for it. Really sad because Dr. Mach really is a great Endocrinologist.

Great overall experience. Very friendly staff and Dr. Mach was very patient, professional and found him highly skilled in his field.

Dr. Mach is a more-or-less adequate Endocrinologist. He is out-of-date on the latest in Diabetes management software, and recommends fixed-dosage insulin, instead of a sliding-scale based on apps or charts that will do dosage calculations based on Blood Glucose levels. His office is staffed by incredibly incompetent and ineffectual individuals who constantly talk over you, do not understand the basics of time management, and are overly-empowered by Dr. Mach to be rude, condescending, and often pass biased feedback to Dr. Mach to influence his interactions with patients. I sent Dr. Mach an invite to share data from my Jade Diabetes management app this afternoon, and was called by someone from his office to say he was waiting on my data... Rather than just work through why he could not find the software in his email, he had this 3rd individual in the middle, relaying information to the Doctor who was on his computer. It was wholely unproductive. I missed by 2pm time slot, and was tol

I saw Dr. Mach for the first time on a referral. I was so pleased to find such a wonderful doctor on the first try. He reviewed my history and labs and explained everything to me in detail. Everything about my appointment was great. I am so comforted to have Dr. Mach on my team of physicians.

Dr Minh Mach is incredibly knowledgeable, sociable, and competent. He does a great job and I trust his experience.

He is the best! He takes the time to talk to you and answer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to concerns. I drive nearly two hours to see him. He's that good. Staff is always courteous and professional. Lab work is done with a gentle touch. I always get in promptly at appointment time.
