I made an appointment for a physical. This was my very first Kaiser visit. I made the appointment expecting to be able to talk to the doctor about my health concerns. Instead she cut me off and said “This isn’t an appointment for that” Then asked if I was in pain, when I said yes she became very irritated. She was hard to understand with such a thick accent but she definitely seemed agitated and insisted I was fine. I again tried to tell her about my ailments to which she replied “This isn’t an appointment for that”. She refer me for bloodwork and a hearing test but I think that was to keep her attention away from me while I began to cry. I left in tears and will never go back to Manteca Kaiser again.

Absolutely horrible service. Poor English, trouble understanding as well as speaking. Unwilling to help and even tried playing dumb as if she didn't understand what options were available. Totally ridiculous, do not waste your time and risk your health with this pathetic excuse for a doctor.
