Dr. Galang seems to always be in a hurry, doesn't take the time to talk to you about symptoms. Staff mainly front office is extremely rude and take forever to do what you ask like apt and refill request. One of the worsts experiences I've had with a pcp.

Dr Galang is attentive, patient and interested. She takes her time with each patient and listens to you and considers your view when making recommendations. Her staff is courteous, that says a lot about her as a doctor as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Galang. That said, some of the staff needs coaching, e.g. putting greater effort into processing Rx refill requests.

Dr. Galang has been my primary care doctor for more than 10 years. She is kind, intelligent and is so very thorough in her care. She goes far beyond other doctors I had in the past in helping me as her patient. Believe me I am 68 and I have had a lot of doctors. I drive all the way from Ceres to Manteca because I know she is the best I can have care for me.

She is always in such a great mood. Just makes you feel better when you see her. She takes her time with me and explains everything so carefully because I am suffering from "seniorites". Many times when I phone for an Doctor's assistant, Dr Galang will phone me back herself. She has been my physician for 15 years. I was living in Ripon and now I am in Ceres. It would be so much more convenient to change to a local doctor but I just don't believe I would receive the excellent care - service.
