Had a TBI auto accdnt no Alc in blood, said intox
Involved in a head on collision middle; of the day. Wearing seat belt ect and head still went through upper left corner of windshield. TBI-laceration-oncussion. Don't remember anything or talking to anyone at hospital, but Dr S Williams said I was intoxicated in report notes and I had 0 alcohol in system, blood. Other driver did. I'm stunned she put that in records when toxicology results were zip-zero. Ordered every test, BUT not enzyme-totally missed I had a heart attack!

Horrible
Ms William was not good in her diagnosis, as my mri and ct scan showed. She was dismissive to any complaints.

Awful, Shes trite rude and absolutely hateful
she came into my room at the er stood a foot away from the end of the bed. i tried explaining my medical diagnosis especially since I was just home 5 days from being admitted to gb hospital, She didnt read my medical chart she looked at my med list and then she was even bitchier and extremely judgemental. about the meds I am on at home. I was there with low potassium. Srodered just an iv bag of potassium but my nurse bless her told Williams I had been vomiting not able to then keep down anything including mym reg home meds. The nurse was kind enough to give me iv fluids but williams trieid togive me a pill in the er. The problem with that was I had been vomiing for 48hrs before coming to er. I asked for phenergran at the hospital and she sent in another pill. I told her again it had been going on 48hrs since I couldkeep anything down. Her response was to leave me sitting by myself for 4/ 5 hrs. The nurse who was so incredible went home at 11 so I had the rude Jason for a nurse.
