Unfair practices
I'm disabled with multiple health conditions and I require multiple specialists. I'm in a wheelchair and unable to walk. I openly admit that there were times I had to cancel appointments due to me just not physically being able to get there - the weather often plays a factor in how I feel. There were also times that a more pressing concern arose and I had to get in to see another provider on the spur of the moment. But I always called to cancel. Recently, I called to reschedule an appointment I'd had to cancel. I was told they'd have to get 'permission' to reschedule me, that I'd had too many cancelations and no shows, so I'd have to be approved by the clinic manager. Eventually, I was told that I'd be allowed to reschedule, but required to keep the appointment or be charged a no-show fee, even if I called to reschedule. I find this unreasonable. None of my other doctors have made such a demand.

Very concerned about my overall health and wellbeing. He explained things and answered any questions I had. His Medical Assistant Colton (I believe) was so nice and showed compassion. I appreciate both of you for being so kind during such a difficult situation.
