I was treated by Dr. Ghodsian as a resident at The Bel Air Home, a rehabilitation facility. He told me that he had filed orders for prescriptions and treatments and was waiting on insurance. After asking him about it multiple times and not receiving updates, I contacted insurance, only to find out that he had not put in the requests. He later claimed to have put in an order for my medication refill and had not in fact done so, and I went for four days without my necessary medication. This medication is not supposed to be stopped without a gradual reduction in dosage, and I was in danger being taken off of it abruptly. He never gave me an examination, either before or during my treatment.

It’s hard enough to experience these sensitive issues privately but to have to ask for help takes even more courage. Thankfully there are amazing humans like Dr. Ghodsian and his staff. He gives exceptional care, is compassionate, and extremely competent. His support team, Sara and Theo, are wonderful. They help to create a comfortable and private space and are extremely organized, making any appointments and procedures a breeze. If you are reading this and hesitating whether to do anything about your situation, stop trying to solve it on your own and go see Dr. Ghodsian. Know that you do not have to suffer any longer and there are wonderful people like doctor and his caring staff that will give you the best care ever. I found Dr. Ghodsian after reading reviews and am so grateful to others who have left glowing reviews as they were spot on. I have been going to Dr. Ghodsian for over 3 years now and have had several procedures that all went extremely well.

So here is a story of how incredible this doctor really is. I was in the hospital for one one month because of Covid and I was near death for most of it. Dr. Ghodsian visited me every day, even on his days off, even though he didn't have to. He was my quarterback in the hospital who managed all the other doctors and staff. He didn't give up on me and tried everything in the book until I got better. He reassured my family and myself so we didn't give up hope. Proud to have had him on my side.

He was my guardian angel when I was hospitalized in the intensive care unit with the corona virus. My husband told me that when other doctors had written me off because I was so bad off, he didn't give up. He was there every day and took a lot of time to explain what was happening to my family. When I was finally able to come off the ventilator, I told him he was my angel who gave my children their mother back.

Without giving details, I can just tell you Dr. Ghodsian saved my son. Year after year he did not give up on him. Even when he could not afford the visits he saw him for free. Im not an expert on doctors, but I know a great human when I see one. And he is definitely great.

I was very disappointed with this doctor (so sorry Dr Whitson retired)! Dr Ghodsian sold me expensive diet pills without checking to see if it was safe for me to take them first. I was not and now I'm stuck with pills I can't take. Since he only accepts cash from his So Bay patients you have to try and get reimbursed thru your ins co but doctor doesn't give you all his required info to be able to do that! So, I haven't been able to be reimbursed $300 and his "Receptionist" Linda was not help!

Dr. Ghodsian always takes time to talk with me to find out what's going on both physically and emotionally. He's helped me with several issues and always seems genuinely concerned. I appreciate his willingness to work with me in treating my issues. Linda, his office manager, is always very helpful and cheerful, and always returns my calls asap.

When Dr. Ghodsian took over for my other doctor, he brought it to my attention that my previous doctor had been giving me too high a dose of narcotics , and instead of making my pain better it was actually causing me more pain. He successfully was able to slowly cut my dose in half and I am no longer dependent on the medication. I am able to use it when I am in extreme pain while not abusing it. I feel so much better and I am very thankful to Dr. Ghodsian for helping me!
