Dr. Jacobs is by far one of the very best internists I have ever encountered. He is detail oriented, caring, trustworthy, and always up-to-date on the latest in his field. I’ve been his patient for over 20 years and so is all of my family.

I'm not sure about Dr. Jacobs himself, but his front desk staff definitely needs to be restrained. I called at 1:45pm on Friday because my husband needs a refill for heat flutter and was to leave my info and they'd get back to me or send the refill in to the pharmacy. It's 5pm, no refill, no phone call and I can almost guarantee that she forgot or got my info wrong. She asked me 3 times how to spell my last name.

Good luck getting what you need. Dr Jacobs will give you the runaround before prescribing medications that other doctors usually prescribe after one appointment. Tried to charge for a routine phone consult. Multiple appts and no results, just exorbitant fees. Created panic and drama. Spent so much money here only to get nothing in return. Created horrible stress for someone in my medical condition. Expected you to drop everything to come in at last minute yet an hour wait after you come in

Dr. Jacobs has served as the primary care physician for me and my husband for the past 15+ years. He makes us his priority and focus during our visits and never rushes his examination. He keeps current on medical and pharmacology research and enthusiastically explains medical concepts. His staff has worked with him for almost 20 years and is highly professional and caring. I actually look forward to my annual physical due to the care and attention I receive from Dr. Jacobs and his staff.
