Dr Abbas is a TERRIBLE PERSON! She was covering for my doctor today. I asked to speak to her, as I’m having some trouble with my asthma, and she refused to speak to me on the phone. She told her receptionist “Dr Abbas said if you need help, you need to go to the emergency room”. UNACCEPTABLE! I’m a serious asthmatic and she’d rather me go to the ER where Covid is rampant, then have a 5 min phone call with me. You should be ASHAMED IF YOURSELF DR ABBAS.

Stay away from horrible staff and doctor. They don’t care patients and their concerns. Don’t bother to call you back.

Worst doctor I've ever had, she's rude and doesn't even give you any attention. Staff is nice but referrals and papers can never be sent on time with them. Gonna switch as soon as I can, every time it's a bad experience

BEWARE!! Extremely unprofessional incompetent office staff and Dr Abbas couldn't care less. I had to go without meds for 6 days after switching pharmacies because their office doesn't keep records of meds or doses of the meds they prescribe. They had to call old pharmacy to get my med info, unbelievable! They don't even keep tests results from the lab in your file. The incompetent uneducated office staff is horrible and Dr Abass is the most void uncaring human I've ever met!

I find it completely unprofessional that this office opens at 9:00 am and it is now 9:22, no answer have been calling since 9:00 and the voice mailbox is full. How can you have a medical issue call your primary care physician and not be able to ever get a hold of her? This isn't the first time. This is absolute nonsense. This doctor should fire her whole office staff and start fresh then maybe her office wouldn't be a joke. Where does the doctor find these people that work there?

Doctor is in and out in a quick hurry. Does not spend nearly enough time w patients. Could be more attentive and friendly. HORRIBLE, IGNORANT office staff!!! Seriously, the WORST medical assistants and office staff of ALL time!! They honestly haven't a clue...not one of them! Rude, extremely forgetful, incompetent, unorganized office staff. They can't figure out how to do a referral correctly, haven't a clue on how to refill scripts over the phone through the pharmacy, don't give blood test res.

Worst Dr. I have ever had! I had blood work done almost 2 months ago and still do not have the results. I called 4 times ! Lab Core sent my results but the Dr. never read them . Assuming they were lost I had them resent. Still NO response! I will be changing physicians immediately! I have had to live in pain for almost 2 months due to their irresponsibility.
