This is my 2nd year with Dr. Lee. She is definitely a thorough practitioner. I am happy with her clean office, her wait time in the office is not long. She doesn't over book herself.

Giving one star is too much. The wait time with appointment is usually more than one hour. Bedside manner is poor, always in a rush. Patient has to call for blood result. This office reject refill request in order to make you visit office much frequently than necessary so they can bill on visit just for same medication that taken for years. Even you do visit the office, you still have hard time get refill, sometimes more than a week.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for over 8 years but I finally decided to find another doctor who can provide better medical support with more organized and friendlier office staff. The appointment waits are usually an hour or so long which I just do not understand. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you still have to wait that long sitting in the wait room? The staff has horrible attitude and not very helpful in guiding the process. Recently I came down with cold/flu symptoms that could be Covid-related, she did get back to be quick for a virtual appointment and had given the Covid-19 testing order. I needed more clarification on the procedure since I'm unfamiliar and no clear instructions on what my next step is. I tried to contact her office, the staff was rude and not helpful. She said just email the doctor and will get back to me. I did and still no word from the doctor. I usually do not write bad review but I hope Dr. Lee can improve on her service and office.

They constantly reject refill request in order to make you visit office much frequently than needed so they can bill on visit. Even you do visit the office, you still have hard time to get refill, sometimes more than a week. They do not response to Pharmacy calls, they poorly response to your email, when you call, they just take notes and high chances you won't get response at all, you have to keep on calling them, or even visit their office in person. There is always long waiting time, and they discharge you in quickly once you finally see the doctor.
