Dr. Shade Greene, MD

Didn't get to see her. Called me at 8:45 AM this morming to cancel my 12;20 PM physical TODAY. Been waiting since April for my appointment. Wanted to reschedule me August 2nd. Unacceptable. Thank God she's not the only doctor in town.

I previously saw Dr. Greene and stopped seeing her because she doesn't care or listen to your concerns. She questioned my medication from a previous doctor as if I prescribed it for myself and argued the reason for the prescription. The last straw was when my husband saw her and he called me to help explain a medical concern we both have about him. He said when I hung up she said to never have my wife call again she never wants to speak to me. I was not disrespectful and any way to her. And my husband said she didn't even address the issue just told him he was fine.

This was our initial meeting. She took time to review my chart and answer any questions or concerns that I had. I did not feel rushed. She was thorough and made me feel important.

she do rush visits and mycharts were not correct from previous history. nurse rushed visit also, Dr Greene didnt explain test results just jotted notes on mychart and didnt return calls, I have switched dr and miss Dr polster who took the time and call to explain test results that were abnormal

I would never refer anyone to be seen by her. Even with a serious health condition, she appears to be unconcerned and lacks total empathy and compassion. In all my years of receiving medical care as well as working in the medical field, I've never encountered a doctor that made me feel as disregarded and unheard. She truly needs to reconsider her role as a health provider. I will NEVER return.

All of my visits with Dr. Green went well. She explained everything thoroughly and listened to and addressed all of my concerns. None of my visits have been rushed which I appreciate. When I send an email to Dr Green and her team I can always expect a reply within 48 hours. I honestly wish I would have found her sooner. I drive from a different city for my appointments with her and it's worth it.

Condescending and very rude towards patients and their families. Would not prescribe any meds for someone with acute health issues. Advised to take over the counter meds that clearly don't work. Will not respond on a timely matter. No bedside manner for patients and families. Clearly not a physician for elderly patients. Poor medical judgment.

I don't feel like she addressed my concerns or communicated properly with me. I'll be finding a new primary care doctor.

Excellent doctor.

Dr. Greene is excellent! I always enjoy my visits with her. She listens, understands my needs, gives good advice and is easily available when I call the office.

She addresses all my concerns each visit. Communicates with me promptly and genuinely shows she cares. I highly recommend her.

The doctor did not address my health issue, thoroughly, with knowledge or professionally. I do not recommend her.
