During my hospital stay 5/9 to 5/12/2020 I didn't see Dr Zivic once. Due to COVID-19 restrictions (I did/do not have COVID-19) my wife couldn't be with me in the hospital and left a msg asking for an update on my condition/prognosis...no response. Called his office to schedule a 7 day follow up visit and was informed he would not accept self pay or HPAC. Seems he did better at business school than medical school. I'm grateful I found out what the main focus of his practice is before I trusted him as a primary care physician.

Dr. Zivic lacks the concern or compassion of a good doctor. He’s in and out if the room within 2 minutes. He has never put a stethoscope on me since I’ve been there. You have to be the one to ask for blood work as he never suggests it. He seems intelligent enough but doesn’t have the compassion and his manner is very deliberate. Personally I think he schedules more patients than he can see within a “normal” timeframe which prohibits him from giving the appropriate time and attention to all of his patients. He NEVER returns phone calls and getting a refill takes the patient much longer than it needs to. Although the office staff is nice, I believe his process of cramming in too many people effects them with an extraordinary amount of paperwork thus creating inefficiencies throughout his practice. I thought that when he sold his practice to Primecare some oversight would be brought to the table but nothing has come. I would not recommend Dr. Zivic as it seems he really doesn’t care.

I've been patient of Dr. Zivic for about 3 years. I'm a senior (so I've had my share of Primary Care Physicians) and I find this doctor to be very knowledgeable, incredibly patient and especially kind. He is exceptionally open to my thoughts about attacking the numerous health issues I have. I have NEVER felt as if he was "tolerating" my theories, and even more importantly at no time has he ever spoken to me in a condescending manner. I highly recommend this man to be your Primary Care Physician!

Dr Zivic listens intently and gives you all the time you need. I have been seeing him for 2 years for anxiety disorder caused by weight loss. He is interested in my progress and is very kind. His office staff go out of their way to accommodate me. Dr Zivic is expert at drug side effects/interactions. I was on Ativan when I began seeing Dr Zivic. With his help I was successful in weaning off the drug without going to rehab or missing work.

Dr. Zivic was my doctor while I was in the hospital. I never saw him once while he was to be taking care of me because he was at the other hospitals taking care of patients. Show your face at least once to show you are interested. The nurse practitioner had a big mouth.

Does not care about his patients especially if they are elderly. Does NOT return phone calls. Does not seem to matter if it is a general question or for medication refills. Completely unprofessional and shameful that he can't be bothered. Behavior very unbecoming of a doctor.
