Quiet but meaningful
He and his staff look at the big picture. He is a man of few words, but what he does say holds an abundance of knowledge. His PAs help run the practice as smoothly as possible. They are always busy, but I guess that shows something. They do mainly neurosurgery, but also house a new machine for knees and shoulders I would like to try out. I feel as if everything they offer either is by-the-book or they are thinking outside of the box, which takes time, which a lot of providers and staff do not do because of insurance rules. Thank you for always caring!

I had a 3 level neck fusion in March, 2018, and insertion of a plate and screws. My recovery was uneventful. I am now playing golf with no pain!! Dr. Zeidman is there when you need him. You NEED him during surgery. His PAs are available all the rest of the time and give him messages and respond in a timely manner. I am so grateful to Dr. Zeidman and Cindy for my fantastic recovery!!!

Dr Zeidman is a man of few words. No worries though! You can trust his judgment and surgical skill 110%!!!!!! He had to perform a radical neck surgery (five out of seven Laminectomy) on me along with 4 cervical fusions. Also, he fused a couple of my Lumbar bones and put some additional hardware in there. My back was so bad, nobody but him would even attempt surgery on me. Each procedure he did made a significant improvement in my mobility and pain level.

I had spinal fussion on 3 disks in my neck march 12, 2018. The first time i met with him he told me my best option was surgery but he didn't push. I tried injections but they did nothing and pt made things worse. Eight weeks out and i am very happy with how things are going and wish i hadnt hesitated so long to get things done. When i am ready to get my lower back done i will go back to dr ziedmen! The staff was always friendly and helpful when i went in or called.

I was told by another office I had to wait a month to have an EMG done I called the culver RD office and they were able to get me in the same day as an emergency appointment. I then went to the Red Creek location to see Dr. Zeidman and his PA Cindy a few weeks later and they were amazing my care was excellent and the office staff was very friendly and accomadating. I would definitely recommend Rochester Brain and Spine to anyone who is in need of their services!

Office staff are very rude and unprofessional... We were trying to make our first appt since the doctor is really a good surgeon from what people tell us but they warned us about bad office staffs.... After talking for few minutes, all we got was rude and unprofessional behavior and we definitely will not book an appt now... Just a shame, good surgeon will lose practice eventually due to his office staff's unprofessional conducts...

He is only interested in money! GREED! He wants to operate on my neck but I have seen 3 other neurosurgeons and they all say surgery WILL NOT take your severe pain away!!! I gave him 1 star because 1 of his NP or PA's was very concerned. The last time I saw him he said are we going to do surgery & I said no & he walked out of the room! I have a bone spur on my neck pressing on my spinal cord causing severe pain & nerve damage.

Dr. Zeidman, his PA and a few nurses were good but his practice is beyond controlling. had to retake a smoking test 4 times after quitting & my surgery was pushed back on 6 times due to scheduling errors their office had with contacting my insurance. the office has a great reputation for surgical success but they are anything but successful at pleasing patients. no time for questions or concerns. bad at returning calls. Depending on how i recover, wont be returning unless absolutely necessary.

Both my husband and I required Dr. Zeidman's services following an auto accident where we were rear-ended. My husband required neck and back surgery, and I had low back surgery. The professionalism of Dr. Zeidman and his staff including their personal concern during these procedures are beyond measure. We definitely would recommend them to our family and friends. `

Dr, Zeidman Office staff is the worst ...petty inconciderate abusive and very insecure women. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. They called my home and spoke to a male border and gave him all my medical information, he since is incarcerated. They tried to double bill the wrong insurance company, they have a terrible reputation with the insurance companies, Insurance companies see his name and presume that you are not really injured,I must say that I concur.Their excuse u were abusive thats a lie!
