Medical staff not helpful. 9 months since last supplies. Medical staff has been giving me the run around on supplies. If I wait until my next appointment, it will be 14 months since I received supplies.

Money hungry and unprofessional. My "comprehensive assessment" was cut short due to the nurse having a family emergency. I understand those things happen. However, I was only seen for about 5 minutes and was billed $225 for the so-called assessment and they are refusing to work with me. I was rushed out the door and even told the nurse it was okay, that I understood. But I was not expecting to be billed in gull for clearly sub-par care.

I really had a bad experience with Sonno sleep center. First of all, I totally hated that breathing machine that I was hooked up to. This was not the problem though. I notified the sleep center that I no longer wanted to complete the treatment. That is when Sonno sleep center took out their revenge on me. First they told me that I owed $100 because my insurance failed to pay a bill. Not true. They charged a ridiculous amount and then Sonno settled for $600. What ! I need more pages to finis
